Hello All!
This will be quick. We have had many of you reach out so we thought we would put out an update for all to see. We're very sorry some of you have not yet received your bags!
Canada and Brazil: We attempted shipping multiple times and were rejected for different reasons, we're happy to report we finally figured it out and all your orders have been shipped as of this week and should be arriving shortly. Some of you may even have them by now.
Europe: It took us absolutely forever to deal with customs getting into the EU so we apologize for that. Product is finally with our fulfillment center and they have done inventory which means they will be shipping orders next week. If you have any other issues please don't hesitate to reach out but we will be working with our fulfillment center there to ensure orders are delivered.
Hong Kong: Because of everything happening in Hong Kong we have just been notified that HK customs is not allowing anything to pass through that is black or yellow since those are the colors of choice of the protesters. We have no idea when this will end or when we will be allowed to ship into Hong Kong. We are sorry for this inconvenience and we wish that we could deliver orders to those that backed us from Hong Kong. We will be reaching out to you individually to find the best way to resolve the situation with you whether it's shipping to a different address, waiting, offering a refund, or something else.

Hello All!
It has been quite the adventure getting everything manufactured and shipped from our factory. From having to deal with tariffs to our timeline getting pushed back multiple times we have worked hard on this for you all! We got hit with a tariff part way through manufacturing that significantly increased our costs, we also had our timeline on shipping pushed back quite a bit so we decided to pay the extra amount to get product flown to us which saved us about a month. So we encountered quite a bit of extra cost after we finished our kickstarter campaign, but we are so grateful for the support we have received and we are excited to get product into your hands.
The latest update is that product has landed and is just finishing up in customs. We will have inventory next week! At which point we will immediately ship out your orders. So our hope is that most, if not all, of North and South American backers will have their orders in about a week. For European backers we shipped a separate bulk order that we will be fulfilling out of the UK to help with customs - because of this you shouldn't have to worry about paying anything extra to get your order or having it get caught in customs. The bulk order will be arriving to the UK in the next week and we'll be shipping to you at that point. For Asian, Pacific, Australian and New Zealand backers shipping begins this week!
We will send out another update after all kickstarter orders have been shipped so watch for that. In the mean time we are running a labor day sale so if you know anyone that needs an awesome backpack have them check out our website.

Hello everyone!
We have been hard at work to get bags finished so we can send them to everyone! We just got an update from our factory that they are on track to finish in about 10 days at which point they will be sent to our warehouse and we will then send them to you! So we are hoping to be around 6 weeks out from you receiving your orders. (around middle of september, about what the factory told us it would be) We are ready to move on this we are just waiting on the factory and we are so excited!
